As the subsidiary company of CSIC, Chongqing ChangZheng Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. is the casting & forging center in southwest for China shipbuilding industry and the nation appointed manufacturer of railwaywagons, also it isthe largest research and development base of container fastening and securing system in China, the Chongqing municipal enterprise technology center and C3P demonstrating base in Chongiqng for the national research center of mold CAD engineering. The company is one of 66 key increasing type enterprises in Chongqing, and since 2003, the company has ascended the 50-Top Industrial Enterprise of Chongqing in successive years.

With an area of 420,000square meters, the company is located at Da Dukou district of Chongqing, total asset of which is RMB900 Million. The company has more than 3,000 employees among which senior and secondary engineering & technical personnel are about 800. The company has strong technical force and is equipped with all sorts of equipments more than 2,000 sets.

Currently, with the support of CSIC, Chongqing City and Da Dukou District, the company is exerting itself to construct 6 production models as steel-making, free forging, die forging, heavy machining and railway wagons, and engaging in building itself in to the manufacturing bases of heavy castings & forging and railway cars in Chongqing.
